1. Who We Are

Telperis ("we," "us," or "our") is a software tool that helps DTC marketers extract ad angles from real customer reviews. Our website is located at telperis.com. You can contact us at hello@telperis.com.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the waitlist and communicate with you about Telperis. Specifically, when you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your role segment (e.g., agency, in-house marketer, brand founder)
• An optional qualitative response to our onboarding question
• UTM parameters from the URL you arrived on (e.g., utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), used to understand where our traffic originates
• The timestamp of your signup

We also use PostHog for anonymous product analytics (pageviews, button clicks, conversion events). PostHog does not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is standard for web analytics (IP address, browser type, referring URL).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you a confirmation email when you join the waitlist
• Notify you when Telperis launches or founding access opens
• Understand the composition of our early audience (by segment)
• Improve the product based on qualitative feedback you voluntarily provide

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Email Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive transactional emails from Telperis (confirmation of signup, launch notifications). We use Resend to deliver email. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at hello@telperis.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe."

5. Data Storage and Security

Waitlist data is stored in a managed relational database. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain waitlist data for as long as necessary to operate the waitlist and communicate with you about Telperis. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your record within 30 days. To request deletion, email us at hello@telperis.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use PostHog for analytics. PostHog may set a cookie to distinguish unique visitors and track session activity. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking beyond PostHog. You can opt out of PostHog tracking by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

9. Children's Privacy

Telperis is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
