1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Telperis website at telperis.com (the "Site"), or by joining the Telperis waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Telperis is a pre-launch software tool. The Site currently operates as a validation landing page and waitlist. No paid product or subscription is being offered at this time. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for services, guarantee access to any future product, or obligate Telperis to deliver any specific functionality.

3. Waitlist Participation

By joining the Telperis waitlist, you acknowledge that:

• You are expressing interest in a product that is not yet available and may change significantly before launch.
• Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, any specific pricing, or any particular launch timeline.
• You consent to receive transactional emails from Telperis related to your waitlist status and product launch notifications.
• You may be removed from the waitlist at any time at Telperis's sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, copy, graphics, logos, and the Telperis brand — is the property of Telperis and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to the waitlist
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with the Site without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Telperis makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Telperis and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if Telperis has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed $100 USD.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services including Resend (email delivery) and PostHog (analytics). Your use of the Site is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. Telperis is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to external websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Telperis does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
